Data controller

Thinkviral LLC, Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For any request about your data: matteo@thinkviral.ae.

Data we process

Data you give us when you book a call or write to us: first name, last name, email, phone and any information you choose to add, such as your brand name. Name, email and phone are needed to schedule the call: without them we cannot book it. Everything else is optional.

Technical browsing data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.

Aggregated visit statistics, collected with Vercel Web Analytics without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

We do not ask for special categories of data and the site is not aimed at minors.

Purposes and legal bases

To arrange the call you requested and reply to you: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To follow up after the call about the same request: our legitimate interest in acting on a contact you started (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.

To deliver and protect the site and measure its use in aggregate form: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To meet accounting and tax obligations, if you become a client: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions and we do not profile you. We do not send promotional communications without your consent.

Providers and recipients

Vercel Inc., United States: site hosting and aggregated statistics, on our behalf.

HighLevel, United States (GoHighLevel platform): booking calendar and contact management, on our behalf.

Google, United States: the calendar invite and the video call go through Google Calendar and Google Meet. Google processes this data under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Our email provider, for the emails we exchange.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Thinkviral is based in the United Arab Emirates and some providers are in the United States, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. The transfer to Thinkviral is necessary to act on your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). For providers in the United States the transfer relies on the Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place by writing to matteo@thinkviral.ae.

Retention

If the call does not lead to working together, we keep your data for 24 months from the last contact, then delete or anonymise it.

If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to matteo@thinkviral.ae: we reply within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
